As Vice President of Asset Management at Jamboree, Dianna Noeth oversees a portfolio of over 100 communities. With over a decade of experience in real estate asset management, she specializes in affordable housing, multifamily, and LIHTC properties.
Before joining Jamboree, Dianna served as Director of Asset Management at National Community Renaissance of California, where she managed affordable housing communities across California, Texas, and Florida. In this role, she played a key part in developing and executing strategies to optimize property performance and value, as well as supporting refinancing, re-syndication, and disposition efforts. She also spearheaded the development of key processes and procedures to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.
